Bryan Kurzman has been immersed in every aspect of the sales world for the last 40 years. Having started at the age of 12 in merchandise sales at Fenway Park in Boston, Bryan started his first sales company in professional sports at the age of 17. After fifteen years of sales, trade-show experience and contract negotiations with athletes in professional hockey, Bryan made a change to the financial sector in 2004 and has since spent the last 20 years in the mortgage industry while concurrently wearing a variety of hats in the sales world. Bryan has earned the recent distinction of being named as a top 1% mortgage sales originator in the nation for 2021 and 2022, doing so with a NPS rating of 97%. Bryan has been a sales manager, sales trainer, sales author, motivational corporate sales speaker and is currently a senior mortgage banker and Vice President at Leader Bank, the #1 mortgage lender among Banks in Massachusetts. Bryan is a marketing, personal branding and negotiating expert and a past member of the NSA (National Speakers Association) in addition to being the author of the acclaimed 'Mortgage Survival Guide' used by many sales associates throughout New England. Bryan enjoys the art of sales philosophy and execution, and actively works with many sales professionals from all fields who are interested in increasing their sales proficiency. In his spare time, Bryan takes great pride in spending quality time with his family, working on classic cars, enjoying the great outdoors and is active in rescuing animals and adopting dogs.
